Art and Design Technology at Hillcrest 

The Art and Design Technology Curriculum at Hillcrest Early Years Academy aims to inspire pupils to be innovative and creative thinkers, whilst developing the confidence to experiment, invent, and take risks. We aim to inspire children and nurture an appreciation for artistic styles and movements, product design, 3D modelling, sculpture and mechanics.

Our Curriculum is designed to give pupils every opportunity to develop their skills and knowledge, nurture their talents and interests, and express their ideas. Our children develop an awareness of the impact Art and Design Technology has on our lives and encourage children to become resourceful, enterprising citizens who will have the passion and skills to design advancements in the future.
